Please read carefully. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these binding terms for Thalapathy Kacheri DJ Night.
All tickets for Thalapathy Kacheri are sold subject to availability. Each attendee must hold a valid e-ticket (QR code) received after successful payment. Duplicate tickets will not be entertained. We reserve the right to refuse admission if ticket validity cannot be verified.
Ticket prices are displayed in INR (₹). General Pass: ₹699 | VIP Pass: ₹1199. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges except as provided in section 5 (Event Cancellation). Service charges or convenience fees, if any, are included in the final amount.
Attendees must be 18+ or accompanied by a guardian. We reserve the right to remove any person behaving disruptively, under influence, or violating venue rules without refund. By entering, you consent to security searches and abide by SPG Turf regulations.
Event timing: 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM (IST) on June 20, 2026. Organizers may modify lineup, DJ set times, or schedule due to unforeseen circumstances. Any major changes will be communicated via email/SMS. No refunds for minor adjustments.
If the event is canceled entirely by organizers, ticket holders will receive a full refund (excluding delivery fees). If postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date. No refunds for personal non-attendance, late arrival, or weather conditions beyond control. To request refunds, contact Chandraproducts99@gmail.com within 7 days of cancellation announcement.
By attending, you grant Thalapathy Kacheri permission to capture photos/videos for promotional and archival purposes. If you do not wish to be recorded, please inform the media team at the venue.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, organizers are not liable for any personal injury, lost or stolen items, or indirect damages arising from attendance. Venue (SPG Turf) provides basic safety, but attendees assume all risks associated with large gatherings.
Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. By booking, you consent to receive event-related communications.
Thalapathy Kacheri shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, government restrictions, power outages, etc.). In such case, ticket value may be credited or partially refunded at discretion.
These Terms are governed by laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tirunelveli.
